The Muldoon Bio Secure Bulk Blower Trailer has been engineered specifically for the poultry industry, where protecting flock health and preventing cross-site contamination has never been more important.

Built with a fully sealed aluminium roof and clamped loading hatches, the trailer is designed to minimise contamination during transport and delivery. Every detail has been developed with biosecurity in mind — helping operators maintain the highest possible standards between sites.

The trailer also features first-of-its-kind antimicrobial air treatment technology, where airflow is treated prior to feed contact, helping ensure airborne pathogens from other sites cannot contaminate feed or enter the silo during discharge. This advanced conveying system provides an additional layer of protection for high-value poultry operations where maintaining flock health is critical.

Engineered for both performance and practicality, the trailer is equipped with a tri-axle rear steer configuration for enhanced manoeuvrability, reduced tyre wear, and maximum payload efficiency. The Muldoon High Output Blowing System helps maintain optimum feed condition during discharge while reducing pellet degradation and mash separation.

To further support hygiene and contamination control, the trailer and tractor unit can be fitted with an integrated wheel disinfecting system, allowing operators to disinfect wheels before entering site. Delivery hoses are also securely stored to help keep equipment clean and protected between deliveries.
