•Chassis are shot-blasted to a Sa 2.5 profile before painting

•All surfaces are meticulously prepared to optimise paint adhesion and eliminate defects

•After application, the painted chassis & body is oven-cured at 60°C to achieve a durable, high-gloss finish that lasts for years.
