We require a dynamic Paint Shop Manager to manage the day to day running and coordination of the area and it’s multi-disciplinary teams across prepping, shot blasting and painting, working in a safe manner to deliver high quality to budgeted hours.

You will need to be organised to ensure smooth workflow within each of the functions to meet output needs in line with the production schedule, whilst ensuring team capacity is managed and maximised effectively to meet production demands.
